Project : Business Process Management Application
Project Duration : 6000 – 7000 Man hours

Objective and definition
Create a Browser based Intranet application to run in Intranet. The company is new and they don't have any Intranet System. Company wants to create custom application which act as Intranet application and Work flow solution. In Intranet there are HR, IT, LC, BG module and the work flow application should have Form Designer, Work flow Designer and MIS on each work flow. With help of this application user can design its own form with drag and drop functionality. The form engine is design to view and save the data filled in this form, which is used when work flow starts for different approval process.

With the help of Work flow designer, user can design its own work flow approval process. In work flow activity, user can select department or employee for submitted document approval.

Once any end user starts any work flow, system will prompt related form and once form submitted, it will add to do record in next approval, as per the work flow design. An email notification will send on each action, work flow starts, approval and once work flow ends.

Report section has all the MIS reports to review the KPI.

Objective and definition
Eurosolar wants to develop online CRM to cater its customers, Installers, Warehouse, Marketing and sales team.

Application should handle all the Pre and Post marketing activities. It has separate login for Eurosolar staff – Customer Portal and Installer Portal. From which individual can collaborate and do the work to complete the projects. The application have following modules

Objective and definition
Create a Browser based application to run in Intranet. The company is used to create and manage business work flow in Lotus Notes. Company wants to create custom application to replace the Lotus Notes. The application should have Form Designer, Work flow Designer and MIS on each work flow. With help of this application user can design its own form with drag and drop functionality. The form engine is design to view and save the data filled in this form, which is used when work flow starts for different approval process.

Linde Engineering India Ltd. (Fortune 500)

Project : Skill Matrix
Project Duration : 2500 – 3000 Man hours

Objective and definition
Create a Browser based application to run in Intranet. This application is developed by Six Sigma department of Linde. They want application to record and analyze Skill competency level of each employee of different department. Initially there are 1600 employees in this system.

Each Department required different skill set, sub skill set and different level of competency. System allows admin to create department, its skill matrix and declare evaluation. Once evaluation declared each department HOD will evaluate and give competency status to each employee. System will give history of previous evaluation comparison and department wise skill set comparison on related Bar or Pie chart for further action. There is a process runs on background once evaluation done. It will identify the Team Lead, Team members in each department based on evaluation criteria set by Admin or Department HOD.

System has many different MIS reports to have GAP analysis for key managerial personnel.

System also have assign training module. HR department will review the GAP from various reports and assign training to related employee or group of employees. Employee will be notified once training assigned and they can also submit feedback on training completion for further action to HR.

Project : Motorsports Insurance
Project Duration : 2000 – 2200 Man hours

Objective and definition
This is web based application. End user is the Insurance company of Formula I car and car driver. This application has driver, garage and two level of administration interface.

Drive can apply for insurance for his upcoming race. He has to give necessary information regarding Race, track details, car details and personal details along with predefined documents and can claim for certain amount of insurance.

Admin will receive the document, review and give approval or rejection. Admin can also give deal amount. In such case drive has to approve the insurance amount. This system has various 8 form wizard. The forms appear based on previous selection data and also many predefined insurance and tax related data which is being processed by system based on driver's input and display relative data and/or validations in the ongoing form. Once race is over and if there was any damage on car or driver, driver can claim the insurance amount based on his claim from claim section. In this case garage owner has to fill necessary damage information from his interface and send for further admin approval.

This section has various MIS for admin to analyze the data while approval or claim. There is MIS for driver and garage owner section also for their records.

Outsource project from Canada

Project : Ontario Divorce
Project Duration : 2000 – 2200 Man hours

Objective and definition
This is web based application for one of the Lawyer of Canada who is divorce specialist. Client wants to create application from where end user can register and apply for divorce.

This application has form wizard of 8 steps. End user can register with the site and create his/her profile. The payment gateway will be integrated in registration process for initial fees. There is option to fillup complete/partial forms. System will keep track of the form submission status like 20% done, 40% done or 100% done.

To file an divorce case to court, there are around 25-30 govt. form format so submit to court. Once form is 100% done, the system has functionality to generate govt. forms on fly with data filled in necessary fields and place.

Based on nature of case, system will generate the pdfs as per give logic on backend and generate set of 25-30 filled pdf forms. User can view/download the forms and review. Once user checks for data validation he can mark status to submit forms lower's final approval.

There will be a separate section from where Lower can send emails to client for extra documents or information needed to file the case. User can also hire telephone consultancy from his/her account with Lawyer.

Administration section will have all the MIS and necessary modules to review and interact with his clients. There will be a separate MIS for payments.

Objective and definition
This is web based portal cum application for recruitment. This application is specifically focused on employee who is Manager or upper level from it. The whole application is developed in Polish language.

This application has major 3 sub applications.
  • HR portal with employee and employer registration.
  • Multi user blog
  • Forum

In HR portal there is employee section – from this section user can register and create his profile, multiple resume and multiple cover letter. He can invite other non-members to fill up reference and testimonials. Employee can search job and apply for the job online. Ex Employee can rate the company and write testimonial which is available to other users who are searching for job and check the credibility of the company.

From Employer section – business owner or manager can post resume, maintain company profile, search for skill set and select candidate for interview. System has different stages for recruitment process and each business can configure as per his business process.

This application has multi user blog functionality, which is activated once any user is register to this application. And user can participate on forum and it will assigned to particular group as per his current designation.
